The peace, quiet, and beautiful rural setting of Locanda Pantanello were wonderful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend eating supper there. The food is excellent!

It was the best stay in our trip to Italy!!! Just imagine: the beautifull house in the wineyards totally at your disposal, a gourmet dinner with simlpe local products made specially and personally for you, a great hi-end wine Brunello de Montalchino, and the warmest people who are making all of this for you. The weekend spent at Hotel Villa Cora was a great experience. The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed.
The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening.
Great stay in a beautiful place.

The Castiglione del Bosco was absolutely amazing. A must stay if visiting Tuscany. The winery is amazing, as is their wine (the '04 Brunello is like sipping Heaven). The service of the entire staff was fantastic, and we couldn't imagine how to improve anything about the Castiglione del Bosco. -

The room had a lovely design, was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. The chef, host of the B&B, used nothing but fresh ingredients. Lovely and tasty dishes to go with a great glass of wine. This is a great place to stay if you want to be away form the big city and experience tuscan life, yet Scansano is close to the sea and cities like Grosseto and Siena (one hour drive).
