We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at breakfast room and found Gina with a millefoglie cake and champagne for us both! I would defintely recommend this hotel for anyone. Can´t wait to

One of the best place we've ever been. Hospitality of owners of the hotel is amazing. But the nature and view on the Pistoia, wild forest with deers everywhere - it is like fairy tale. The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable. The bike hire arrangement was great and very resonably priced. The swimming pool was lovely. We will definately be visiting again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at staying in Lucca. - Staff
