The gardens are incredibly well manicured, there are secret little corners, a hammock, pool and gym and has been - This is a beautiful hotel with careful attention to every detail to make the guest feel welcome and special. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated with clean linen/towels. Even the pool towels are replaced each day. Nothing was too much trouble for our host and hostess. They recommended restaurants, booked them for us and helped with accommodation for our son who came to stay. Breakfast is traditional, home made and organic, with choices of delicious pastries and cakes each day.

  The owner Concetta is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly and did all she could make our stay unforgettable. When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. - nice looking hotel good breakfast good service

  We spent two nights in the hotel and we loved it! The staff is super friendly and speak good English. Before leaving they helped us choosing next destinations in Sicily!   My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. During both of our stays we were put in one bedroom suites with fully ... o que as pessoas dizem » kitted kitchens, king sized beds and the most amazing shower/sauna. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.
