  From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt welcomed and well taken cared of. The staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The room and hotel was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere.   The owner Concetta is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly and did all she could make our stay unforgettable. When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. - nice looking hotel good breakfast good service

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I could not recommend it more. Carmen and Vincenzo are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet. Vincenzo came to pick us up at the ferry. Very thoughtful of him, as we hadn't even asked for a lift. Rooms are lovely, tv, coffee maker, hair dryer and safe. Lovely views from the hotel. They have a large terrace area for t - It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable. We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote
