  The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... o que as pessoas dizem » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

We had travelled to Siracusa partly to make day trips to beaches to the south, but Musciara's beach is so clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view out to sea and Ortygia, that we could have spent all our time there and been very happy. Ortygia is a - This was....Paradise! An oasis of rest in the bustling life of Siracusa. Nice and friendly staff. Although only 3stars rated, it is worth a 5 star resort. The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.

  Staff was terrific and knowledgable. - Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff, the female afternoon receptionist was particularly helpful (and attractive!)We would definitely stay again.Adjoining resturant was also very good value with great food.
