The location is convenient from Milan City and Airports if you want to visit Lake Como and the town. Very easy access and plenty of parking. Some shopping opposite but more in Como as are the sights. Modern, clean with air con in rooms, rooms are very well appointed and breakfast is very good. Staff are helpful, efficient and speak very good English. Easy to find from motorway (which is a short distance) and has on site fenced parking, with plenty spaces. Very good stopover hotel. Price is very good considering it is Como and the facilities offered.

It made the holiday a memory. The staff were as helpful as possible , Thanks to the day manager Vince , nothing was too much trouble. Next ski season I may upgrade to their 'Jacki Kennedy ' suite even if it costs more - a really wonderful aura to it all. Location of the hotel is great, near good shopping in Saronno, easy togo for a nice day trip to Como (or Milano, but frankly not so impressed)and just about 2 hours away from the charming city of Alba and La Morra. - Although it wasn't in Milano, there were very good train connections to Milano.

The lakevie room was very large and led out to the balcony. The balcony is shared, but I felt secure and comfortable. The view was great. It is driving distance to a couple of small towns. There was a flea market in a nearby town. The staff very accommodating. I have severe allergies and they paid careful attention to cleaning the room prior to my arrival. Excellent place, I will stay again!
