I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well.

Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Rooms with a view are lovelythe others are medioca. - This hotel is an agriturismo - very large set out in spacious grounds ishalf way between Rome and the lakes. down the street and around the corner to come find us in our vehicle

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Very comfortable, although there were 4 of us we booked a cottage for 6. good job we did the 4 berth would have been very cramped and it would have spoilt our stay.

We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

Very nice, clean and frendly place. Great location Termini station is 10 min walk distance, the Metro station was 3 min walking. Coliseum is 15 min walk. Daniele, was very helpful and nice.
