We arrived hours before checkout and wanted to drop off our bags but our room was ready so we were able to check in straight away. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful especially Valentina. The location was brilliant, walking distance to all the major attractions and we were so comfortable and relaxed. An awesome place to stay!

Our room was very large with specious bathroom. Kitchen was always clean and well stocked with food. B&B is located near the Metro and train station.   We were traveling with my 3 sisters and family. The group of 4 rooms was excellent. The only slight problem was their computer initially processing payment. The rooms are nice and private bathrooms a pleasure (since in the past we shared bathrooms to get a lower rate). The location is awesome. All-in-all we would definitely recommend--especially if you do not need - the location is great, walking distance to historic center, trevi fountain, spanish steps, etc. it's right next to the metro station (Barberini) which provides easy access from/to the airport. easy bus travel to colosseo. since it's right on the piazza, it can get really noisy, but the windows are sound proof, so we didn't have any problem with sleeping when the windows were closed. breakfast is offered in a café right accross the street. breakfast is average, but the personnel of the café is q

  The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a great view of the Colosseum & Forum. It's a small group of rooms on the 2nd floor within a larger building - so it gives the feel of small bed-and-breakfast or something similar. Roberto fought through our complete lack of ability to speak Italian and still give us some great tips on places to visit and eat. Even helped us - Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is 1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient. Wifi worked very well.
