  I would certainly recommend this hotel. It was quiet and clean and the pool area, although quite small, was never busy. Perhaps people paid to spend the day at the beach but we were happy by the pool with short visits to the beach for a walk and a paddle! The beach and a good choice of restaurants are only a short walk away, (as is the doctor and ... o que as pessoas dizem » pharmacy which we had to use). A little further is the old town but it is certainly worth a visit as the views are lovely. We took the train and then - The hotel was really nice, 1-The breakfast was good with good varieties 2-The hotel is not far from the beach, max 10 min walking 3-The hotel offers a shuttle bus to take you to the old historic area. 4-The staff was helpful and nice. 5-Room was clean and space was fine. 6-The hotel has a private beach ( very close) but they charged us only 20 euro instead of 30 as we went bit late in the afternoon , the normal price in public beach is 15 euro

  It is a really friendly small hotel with very nice staff. The receptionist always checks who enters the hotel so it is quite secure, too. - The location is good. It's around the train station, and there are lots of restaurants and bars downstairs. The room is big and clean.

  Alessio, the proprietor was very friendly and helpful. It was an old building with character, nicely furnished, solid. Rooms large enough, beds comfortable, linen clean. Use of kitchen very handy. Location in old part of town, good place to be, also near a railway station.

  We loved our stay. Andrea, the owner is very comitted to everything, being there everyday to make sure all is going well. Superb location, walking distance from all the important spots, wich was very important to us, travelling with a 9 year old son. If needed the Metro Station is 50 meters away. What more can you ask...Our room was beatiful, modern and clean style, in a 100 years old building, with all the amenities and a SmartTv LCD w - The wifi wasn't permanent when we arrived (still being setup), so we got a portable wifi access-point. That was great to take with us during our various tours through rome :) The room was very clean, though we rarely saw any staff. The location (directly next to the colosseum) suggests a high price, but the price wasn't actually that high. Breakfast is served in the next-door restaurant. Simple cafe + croissant. Be sure not to get anything extra, since the restaurant/coffee-bar is quite expensi

  Good location, good personal, clean, silent place. Generally I liked this hotel very much. The personal of hotel is very kind and helpful. My room was not like room, it was like villa, antique style room, very nice. For the breakfast you will have croissant, coffee, tea, milk, bread and so on, it's ok for breakfast.
