  The island had been closed for any boats because of weather, so the owner contacted us and proposed to change for the next day. However, it was in November - low season. The rooms with sea view are great (because of the sea view). There is also terrace with swings and chairs. Rooms are big, with small kitchen and old styled furniture. Very cosy. Staff able to book trek to crater for guests, breakfast served at nearby bar with good choice of items. Main reason for visit was the crater trek, but found that there is so much more to do on the island.

Close to beaches that you can reach by foot but note that restaurants and 'night life' (bar, pub...) are all located in Lipari center (easily reachable by bis).   We enjoyed our stay very much. Were picked up by their shuttle bus at port and made very welcome by all staff. Rooms good size and clean very comfortable. Great views from the top floor where we had drinks and breakfast near pool area.   A wonderful hotel with lovely rooms, finely decorated. Right on the beach. Even has a kitchenette in the room with the possibility of being used for an extra fee. Very comfortable beds. Newly furbished. It's nice to stay more more nights. We booked just one and were sorry after seeing the hotel and location. Really liked being in Acquacalda village. Loved our beach-side, large, attractive room with outside sitting area and clever kitchen-in-a-cupboard. Loved having a scooter to ride around on, which was organised and provided by the hotel. Very grateful to Signora Milane for getting the rust stains off my washing! In all, would definitely recommend.

  Warm,friendly front desk staff made our stay very enjoyable. Facilities were great location minutes walk to beach and Main Street shops and restaurants. Pool area was wonderful and relaxing with views of the ocean and town. Rooms were spacious with huge terrace to enjoy evening meals outside or just relax. Kitchen was very handy in the apartments ... o que as pessoas dizem » especially for longer stays. It was very hard to leave this beautiful oasis. We were very happy we stayed here in Canneto instead of the main town of - The location was perfect, Just a short downhill stroll to beach,bus stop and good restaurant.Shuttle bus from Lipari was convient views from pool are picture postcard gym a bonus and staff always had a smile on their face no request was to much trouble.
