This is a small, family hotel located a short distance from Via Scale, the beautiful stairway that descends into old Ragusa. Giuseppi, the owner, is friendly and very helpful to travelers. Upon arriving, he greets you with a cup of orange juice and a broad smile. Hotel Bertini has an artsy look with paintings on the wall and Baroque decor in some of the rooms. The location was fabulous for a one night stopover. We could see everything with great ease. Guiseppina is just lovely and had great advice for us. The breakfast is gorgeous and all the service comes with a great enthusiasm. I highly recommend it.

I liked the staff, very careful. The cornetto with ricotta at breakfast (amazing!).
And the roof of my bedroom was a great art. But I know there is only one room like that. Very romantic.
Very nice owners/family. Hospitality was very good, got offered a cup of coffee when we arrived and the gave good tips on wine and local products.
The place was wonderful, Giuseppe was full of great advices, and croissant with ricotta is excellent choice for breakfast.
