  What is there not to like from a good hotel and restaurant in the hills just outside Pistoia. It was still off season so we were unable to be outside where there is a pool(presently not operating) and lovely views. The food was very good and well priced including an excellent inclusive breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious and had a design-esque feel.

  It was a beautiful setting and the people were very accomidating - The staff was very helpful and accomodating. They also had a staff member who spoke English which they did not have on a prior visit.

  We used the hotel as a base to attend the Motogp at Mugello. It was booked entirely on price but we were pleasantly surprised with the charm of the place. There are no frills, just clean beds, rooms, bathrooms and a dining room (and wi-fi).   The rooms are enough in size, clean, sound proof and the building is perfectly located directly within the city center of Pistoia. The staff is friendly and willing to provide any service needed. They have anything that you seek from a B&B facility. - Our host, Gloria was very friendly and helpful.   Atendimento , gentileza e simpatia dos funcionários. - Almost everything... no serious problem. But u have to know the stuff don't speak english (or only a little bit) and u need car to reach it easily. - The accommodation and friendliness of the staff. The restaurant provides a good menu at a reasonable price and the wine was not overpriced.
