  The room is very nice and clean. There is a lift so you don't need to carry your bags upstairs. The location is perfect - 5-10 minutes from major attractions and 15 minutes walk from Pisa Central railway station. Luca, the owner, is really very helpful and friendly. He speaks English and Russian reasonably well.   O quarto é fabuloso. - This is a very beautiful place to stay, peaceful yet less than 10 minutes walk from the Tower. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and very good. As it was the end of January we were not affected by any mosquitos. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite which, as we were staying for 6 nights, was a real benefit.
