The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.

  Very nice, comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast. Perfectly located in the city center, 3 blocks from Massimo theater. Stayed here with my parents and partner in the two double rooms near the main door. The rooms are big and have 1(and 2) balconies, which are nice to enjoy during breakfast when it's sunny or in the evening. The big room where my dad stayed has the filling of being a small apartment (as it even in - Cortile Palermo B&B is a small B&B (only 4 rooms), which makes it nice and quiet. When I stayed, I was in the suite (2 very nice sized rooms) with 2 balconies. Luca, the proprietor, is a VERY NICE and HELPFUL gentleman. He indeed wants to make your stay a pleasant one. Before I arrived, it seemed that I had countless questions and sent Luca several emails. He always answered promptly and was VERY informative and kind.The B&B is VERY CLEAN and it is in a PERFECT central location

  We like the character of this place, my husband cooked delicious dishes in the kitchen and we buy food in the nearby street market. We eat grilled fish in the inexpensive restaurant nearby. The staff was very kind an satisfy all our request . The room spacious and rich of equipment, we cleaned our clothes in the washing machine inside.
