The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day.
The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.

Camperio House is one of the absolute best and most comfortable hotels that we have stayed at during our travels throughout Europe. It is centrally located, Sylvia at the front desk was exceptional and went beyond what was expected and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The breakfast buffet with eggs was good, and the bed was actually comfortable.

The beds are very comfortable and the classic room is reasonably spacious with a mini fridge and kettle if those things are important to you.
The location of the hotel could not be better for getting around Milan. Very close to Metro and just off of the pedestrianised path to the Duomo. Easy walk to Brera, La Scala etc.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket.
The room is quite clean but not everyday they have cleaning service.

Central location, cool design, clean and quiet rooms, lovely staff, very helpful reception. We had a great stay in hotel Palazzo Segreti and will be back, if we are in milan again.
