Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport
for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a
hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next
morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked

Otherwise the hotel is modern, room is very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The bus stop to go to Venice is very close. The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice.
It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms.
Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice.
Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!
