Very nice staff. Also the reception desk woman didn't know english well she was very friendly and helpful. She helped us as much as she could with all we needed and a made an extraordinary effort to understand us and to help us understand her suggestions.
We booked in this hotel one night and ended staying for 3 nights.

It was clean and the room was large.
Good value for money -
This was one of the few places that offered a triple room. And the rate
was very resonable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She spoke
enough english for us to communicate. The litte bar and restaurant on
the premises were great. Food was very good. Breakfast was typical
European, meats, cheeses, cereal, yogart. The soft boiled eggs were
perfect. Each day you pre-ordered your meal for the evening. We will
definitely stay there if we return in the winter for some skiing.

Elena is absolutely delightful! So pleasant, so knowledgable about all details of the surrounding mountain recreational facilities, towns, shopping, etc. and so forthcoming and eager to help. She called several Rifugios to facilitate overnight stays. The lodging is newly renovated (a terrific job!), homey and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast

It was a great place to stay, very clean, super friendly staff, 5 min car ride to campetello where there is main skiing lift. Also lots of shopping and food in campetello.

We received a room for 3 persons on a double room reservation which was very spacious. Breakfast ok but not super. We had same type for meat and cheese for 7 days, but there is a lot to choose from(cereals and others). Hotel has big parking. Else would have been very hard to park in that area because it is very crowded.

The friendliness of staff was superb, special thanks to Fausto and Sabrine (reception and bar staff) always smiling and helpful. Liftpasses bought at hotel. Free pariking, very good location for many skiareas. Hotel was clean and warm with an excellent sauna (very hot). Indoor storage for skis too. In all excellent value for money. -
