  The hotel is beautiful, certainly reminiscent of a Medici Palace. very spacious. We had a junior suite which had fantastic views of the Sassi, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.We managed to converse with our limited Italian as this is yet to be really developed as a tourist destination.
