  The Numbs Suites Piazza di Spagna are the perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. I was in the beautiful room 4/Emerald with the huge Jacuzzi in the center of the room where you can relax at the end of the day befor starting the evening.   Francesco the owner made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived and he was a wonderful host for the duration of my stay in Rome. The location of Baldassini is perfect. It is so central that most things are within very easy walking distance, and it's always such a pleasure to walk the streets of this beautiful city. The street was qu - I was a bit nervous booking this because there weren't many reviews, but it far exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was the best, complete with scrambled eggs and fried bacon along with the normal Italian breakfast staples. The owners are wonderful hosts and had amazing recommendations for dinner. Definitely go to the restaurant on the corner, it was a favorite of our entire trip! Location was fantastic and being such a short walk from the pantheon , we were able to have our last dinner in Ita

  I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.

  This hotel is in a prime location, we are two couples in our late 40s and walked everywhere. The pantheon and piazza Navone were an easy 10 minute walk, Vatican 25 minutes, colliseum 15 minutes, LOCATION, LOCATION really important for Rome. The hotel has TWO roof terraces on floor - We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms clean - although the shower and elevator were each about half the size of a phone booth, and the breakfast was very good. But what made this hotel so delightful was its location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and exciting, with restaurants, shops and people going about their business everywhere.   Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner. Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living. Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot - Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.
