  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  Despite a death in the immediate family, the proprietors at the B&B made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and suggestions for restaurants. Breakfasts were set for each day and staff intermittently were on site to provide information in English.. They provided access to luggage storage on our departure day.   Chroma Pente is an ideal place for those who prefer cosy private places rather than commercial hotels. The area is not over-crowded with tourists, staying at this place gives you a touch of local life: having breakfast at the cafe nearby, watching poeple rushing to work and back. Only 5 rooms in the hall, no noisy neighbours. Beautiful San Gi - Simone, the caretaker was very hospitable and went extra miles to help us from trip planning, restaurant recommendations, and even kept our luggage after check-out hours. The location was very safe, at the center of shopping centers, supermarkets, and easily accessible to various tourist attractions (e.g. Colosseum, San Giovanni Cathedral, etc). The room was clean and the decor unique/fashionable with a pleasant ambiance. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who stays alone, as a couple

  The room is very comfortable and clean with internal bathroom. Hotel owner Mr Giovanni sent breakfast to our room every morning. Very nice location. 20 minutes walk to the historical center. There is grocery store, shopping mall, restaurant and haircut near the hotel. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. You have everything you need in the room, especially for a traveler that leaves in the morning and comes back in the evening every day. Breakfast was a lot of sweet stuff.   Location was by far the best thing. The suggestions on how best to visit and tour Rome on foot from the non-24hr reception staff rep was fantastic. Bed was clean. Chauffeur Roberto from airport direct to Guest House was amazing. Great service and would come back just for that alone, taking the pressure of finding and traveling to Rome. Phone/fax/internet shop one block away was super con - + Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc. + The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.
