Tomas was excellent. Our plane was late and he waited for us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had an early departure and he ensured that we had a full breakfast. ROBERTA at the front desk was fantastic in helping is get reservations to a much sought-after restaurant. We asked he for help in August for a late Sept visit, but that restaurant was closed for August. She wrote down our request in her diary and called the restaurant the first day it opened. Incredible! She is very nice as well.

We were impressed by the helpful, friendly and very warm welcome here at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and were given a very spacious room with the best views down the street. We enjoyed peaceful nights sleep and a very nice breakfast every morning with cheerful and friendly service. This felt like a home away from home. It is run by Pietro and Leonardo with the help of Simona. Very nice people! Pietro greeted us with bottle of wine and some fruits. We had new portion of tasty jellies chocolates every day.
Leonardo is good cappuccino maker:) He is also a repository of wisdom according to where to eat:) He gave us very good tips.
I surely recommend this place to stay in while visiting Rome. -
We booked in here on the recommendation of friends we made in Sorento and we were not disappointed at all. Leonardo was so helpful, when we were at the wrong address, he came and "rescued" us. The room was lovely, beautifully renovated space,fabulous bath. A bottle of wine and slippers to greet us, what a great recommendation. Thanks Charlotte and Mark!!!!!!

I loved the location, just off Via Fori Imperiali, which cuts through the Forum; you are right there in the centre of Imperial Rome. The hotel is close to trendy eating areas, the historical sights and local transport. The staff were courteous and helpful, easily the best of the 3 hotels in Italy in which I stayed. I don't think it mattered that there wasn't a breakfast option; I bought excellent coffee, pastry and a piece of fresh fruit for 3 euro from a snack bar 2 doors away.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hostel Beauty. I stayed in a private room and was blown away at how nice it was. The bathroom was entirely small blue tile with a tub. Very sweet hotel with nice and friendly staff. All the necessary things are included. Kitchen and Internet access at any time. Good allocation to the railway station, bus station to the airport and metro.
