  We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe. When asked they arrange a driver or taxi service for us and they were always helpful assisting us with calls for o - Located close to a lot of main major sites, to the old town and to the underground. Very friendly staff. The family appartement is nice and well equipped, with comfortable beds.

  The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, we could not have chosen a better location. When I booked the Hotel we were sent a personal email welcoming us to the Hotel. When we stepped of the elevator into the reception area we were greeted with the warmest friendliest staff, always there to help. 24 hours. We had the room with the rain shower and the circular bed. Spagna - It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!

  Excellent location in Rome, new and very comfortable accomodation, very clean. It is not a hotel, so don't expect the typical hotel picture.It is a floor in a building with separate rooms. For example we took our breakfast at the near bar, 5m from the door of Maison Spagna, or we could have asked to take it at the room. I really liked it. - everything was more than we expected. we booked a room for 4 persons but at our arrival the staff realized it is suitable only for 3 and immediately give as an additional room so we could stay there more comfortable in 2 rooms, very clean, in the middle of the city, free wifi etc.

Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms.   The location (few steps away from Piazza di Spagna) and the decoration of the rooms. This place is in the heart of Rome, perfectly located for a city/shopping trip. All the areas were clean and we loved our stay there. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. It's very small, with just 4 rooms. It is brand-new and just opened in the fall of 2013. When we had an issue with the mattress being too hard the manager addressed it right away by putting a soft cover on it. The street has hardly any cars which is nice but there is a restaurant right below so you will need to close the windows to sleep.
