Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. The beds were actually very comfortable and the room was not only decorated nicely, but very clean and comfortable with maid service.

Everything about this B&B was perfect.
- Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot).
- The owner is very friendly.
- The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony.
- Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone.
- Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.

confirmation email telling me how to find the suites from the airport,
bus or nearest train station. The suites were easy to find, although do
not look for a hotel type building as this looks like a block of

The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.

The location was fantastic! We walked everywhere except to the Colosseum. We stayed int the quad room - the bed was very comfortable, the room nice and quiet, the AC worked very well and so did the wifi. We really liked the flexibility and hospitality shown by Carlo and the rest of the staff. -

The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

We loved the personal attention from hotel staff, who helped us find our way to shuttle stops, supermarkets, and tourist sites. Absolutely no reservations about recommending this place.
