  I had a small single room which was simple but very clean. Loved the air conditioning. It's super close to the main town square and university quarter. A great value for the price. The staff person spoke English and was very helpful.   Giovanni was warm, welcoming, very attentive, and helpful about the city. The room was clean and comfortable with all the provisions I needed for travel. The bed was super comfortable. The sheets were soft. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruits, coffee, tea, fresh bread, cheeses, croissants, various yogurts, cereals, juice, and more. Next time I hope to stay longer. - - Staff was great, very helpful with our reservations and getting us in, ALWAYS smiling - Breakfast was cool, feels like you are at home - Location is pretty great, takes about a 5-10min walk to reach all the main attractions. Also this B&B is in the 3rd floor or a classic bologna building. really feels like you are part of the city.

The balcony was beautiful, peaceful and it had a pretty view of the courtyard. The ladies who worked there were very nice and accommodating.
