  The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The concierge staff responded to every request, before we arrived and during our stay. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.
