  We thought the staff were courteous and helpful. The setting of the hotel, slightly out of the centre of Rome, but close to the Metro was perfect. It provided a peaceful and enjoyable setting for the holiday. The breakfasts were wonderful, as was eating them in the garden each morning. - The staff was very helpful and curtious. I stayed one night in a hotel in Ciampino, as my flight arrived at 20.30 and i wasnt sure how easy it would be to get to this hotel. Actually trains from Ciampino are regular and cost only 1.35 Euro, so in future I would probably go direct. - the price

  We stayed at the B&B Hotel Roma Trastevere twice during our visit to Italy. Overall, we thought the accommodations provided a lot of value for the money. Our first room was quite small, with a very tiny bathroom, but comfortable overall. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. There are budget friendly cafes - It´s really close to the Trastevere railway station with the direct connection to the airport which is relatively fast and very comfortable. The hotel is brand new and in modern style, mattresses are perfect and the rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and toilet paper included:) Be aware of the code on the door which you must not forget. The best A/C I experienced in - I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service.
