Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

The location is really very convinent, and close to Termini station as well as to Colosseum, Forum and Piazza Venezia.
There were no problem to find the hotel, as we found it with help of Google maps street view previously. You should ring the bell( press the button named New Inn) on the large wooden doors, to enter the building. The WC is equipped with hygienic shower. The shower cabin is quite large and works good.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. -

Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

A very clean, nicely decorated place to stay away from the street noise. The owners are super friendly and we didn't have any problems communicating in spite of the fact that their English wasn't that great.
Even though breakfast wasn't big enough for me, it was homemade and tasting really delicious!
It's very close to the Termini Station and if you like walking, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and about 30 minutes to Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps.
