  I like a lot of this hotel: the decoration, the food offered, the service, the staff inside the room, the location. Up to now, it's the best hotel I've lived in.   Wonderful place to stay right in the heart of upmarket Milan. So close to great bars and shopping and all the sights of Milan - very Italian rooms were a joy and the staff are wonderful !!! Everything from the service and staff to the rooms was brilliant. Wonderful breakfast, very warm welcome and attitude from the stuff. From the first moment we felt the smell of the fresh bakery and vanilla which was accompanied by a wonderful coffee. The situation is perfect just a few minutes' walk from via Manzoni and Duomo. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. The design was fashionable and welcoming. We will for sure come back! :)))

  The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The woman who cleaned the rooms did a great job and was very pleasant. My bed was comfortable. Sheets were nice and I had 2 pillows, plus a heavy blanket in the closet. The wifi which - The staffs are excellent, they are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning. The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.
