The apartment itself was very cute and spacious. Large and comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, and full working kitchen. Again, the staff was fest when leaving, called a cab for us and made everything very easy! Will come back!

  Evreything was just perfect, I am very happy with my choice.We stayed in the double bedroom apartment.The position is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the subway station, also a very good start for a tour of the ancient attractions of Rome as many touristical objectives are walking distance.The apartment was great, big and spacious... o que as pessoas dizem » , 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, bathroom and kitchen, very clean, being cleaned every day and also laying on a quite quiet street in the noisy center of R - We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON". We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

  We had a great time at Santa Bibiana and David, the owner brings it a lovely charm. We had a lovely double room, it was clean, spacious, the shower was also very clean and everything was well-functioning. More than that, our room was cleaned and towels have been changed, which was a pleasant surprise when we came back in the evening. The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of choice ham&cheese, cereals, yoghurt etc. David brought us freshly made co - Wonderful private hotel with friendly, homely atmosphere. Comfotrable rooms are cleaned every day and have everything you may need, for ex. things like safe and hair dryer. Concerning locations - don't be confused by hotel's close vicinity to railway station, the area is safe and noise from the street doesn't come to the hotel rooms. The nearest subway station is "Vittorio Emanuele", but for us is was a bit tricky to find the way back from this station, so we used "Termini" - 10 min from hotel,

  We loved our stay. Andrea, the owner is very comitted to everything, being there everyday to make sure all is going well. Superb location, walking distance from all the important spots, wich was very important to us, travelling with a 9 year old son. If needed the Metro Station is 50 meters away. What more can you ask...Our room was beatiful, modern and clean style, in a 100 years old building, with all the amenities and a SmartTv LCD w - The wifi wasn't permanent when we arrived (still being setup), so we got a portable wifi access-point. That was great to take with us during our various tours through rome :) The room was very clean, though we rarely saw any staff. The location (directly next to the colosseum) suggests a high price, but the price wasn't actually that high. Breakfast is served in the next-door restaurant. Simple cafe + croissant. Be sure not to get anything extra, since the restaurant/coffee-bar is quite expensi
