  Not a five star but the staff clean it every day,even bathroom and make your beds, the brekfast ticket given is for a restaurant literally around the corner and worth it. For the price and value I would stay there again this was my second time there,Location perfect, safe neighborhood, I walk everywhere from this hotel. - Very nice hotel!   This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment building right across the street from Termini train/metro station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in the room, but that wasn't really a big deal. The batroom was spacious and nice as well. The staff was very polite when we saw them, but - The owners were excellent. Extremely friendly and told us everything we needed to know. The rooms were nicely styled and very comfortable.   We had an excellent stay in this hostal.the room was nice and always clean.it is located less than 10min.from the coloseum and a nice pizza place called luzzi. - Laura gave us great tips when we arrive. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was also good.

  Right by Termini station, which is great for those flying to Rome, as there are direct buses from and back to the airports; very friendly staff; independent and safe (really safe!) entrance to the building; room cleaned every day, towels changed, clean bed sheets soap/shampoo, etc. provided; air con; hair dryer; fridge; very quiet (no street/rest... o que as pessoas dizem » aurant noise); TV (if you understand Italian); breakfast included (a typical Italian breakfast, a small croissant and a cup of coffee) - B&B Termini is run by very nice people who helped us with great tourist information. They also stored our luggage for us for the day and also for a week while we traveled elsewhere before returning to Rome. It is close to the main station - so an ideal location. The room is a bit squeezy with 2 adults & 2 children but it is fine for sleeping, clean, has a nice en-suite & good air-conditioning.

  We had a wonderful stay at Biancorèroma B&B. The rooms are beautiful in a very nice and clean apartment right infront of Santa Maria Maggiore. The place just opened recently so everything is very new. The hosts are terribly nice and very helpful. They even got me a birthday present!! I is not usual at all for Rome to stay at a place like this for this Money - Everything was more than good: great location, hospitable staffs, clean room and huge room space! Beside all these, my wallet was stolen while I was in Rome, and the staff paid for my bus fee to let me be able to go back home, without asking anything in return (anybody who see this please don't take it wrongly and fake as you lost your wallet if you ever stay there ), I'm more than thankful for that act of kindness.
