  In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there.   From the moment we arrived in the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of Luigi at reception. He was very pleasant. The rooms were of authentic Italian design although one of our rooms was quite small it was still adequate for our 2 night stay in Florence. The beds were comfortable and the air con was super. We went up a few times throughout our stay and there was never anyone up there - we were able to take photos and just relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby. The room

  It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Florence train station. Hotel was easy to find & has an elevator to the 3rd floor. We had a large room that did not have any street noise. The rooms are furnished with Ikea type furniture - sort of stark. We had windows that opened. We didn't need heating or cooling when we were there. Staff made reservations for us one night at a local place of sinful gluttony called Il Latini - We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at breakfast room and found Gina with a millefoglie cake and champagne for us both! I would defintely recommend this hotel for anyone. Can´t wait to
