I think they have improved their service and the cleanliness after they

Excellent location if you arrive at Milano Centrale train station - just 2-3 mins' walk. The room is very clean and of reasonable size. The bathroom is quite spacious with basic toiletries and a hair dryer.
The B&B is located on the first floor of a well maintained residential building. You feel safe and it's quiet there.
We were given bottled water every day in the room and at breakfast, which is considered quite generous in Italy.
Check-in and breakfast are at the Open Bar next door.

Lovely stay - we had the room pictured, which had great character and was spacious and clean. Good location for metro, neighbourhood drinks, walking distance to major sites.
