The staff was kind, caring and more than helpful. The brekfasts and cappucini were great also! We had a great stay!!! Travellers...remember that Italy exists in its own time and place...if you are open, you will find a delightful surprise around every corner!

Pena que passei apenas uma noite no hotel , não deu para conhecer o restaurante. - A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities including a swimming pool and lovely views of Sienna.  We got excellent service from all the staff, especially the receptionists and the barman who has a great sense of humour... o que as pessoas dizem » and taste in music. - We loved the friendly environment and felt that this was the best value for our entire 15 day stay in Italy.
