The hotel was intimate, friendly, and the very unigue decor was fun for the kids. It met our needs and had the European feel we wanted. The most importantthings your going to want to find in a b&b are the room and the breakfast. Our room was great. It was large and beautiful. And the breakfast was always great too with homemade breads and yogurt and other options it was great. The location is also excellent only being a few minutes from the train station and duomo. Finally the cleaning lady was excellent every day we came back to a very clean room and fresh towels.

We loved having an apartment where we had the option to eat local food that we bought vs eating out. We loved the view and the cheerful colour of the apartment and the location, close to the Domo. And our hostess Alexandra was bubbly and friendly and we felt at home.

The room I stayed in was large and had a nice sized bath attached. The
breakfast was awesome.... Cooked every morning by the owner! There was a
small refrigerator for guests to use as well as a stocked one if you
needed something cold to drink - purchases were on the honor system.
Also I felt quite safe there as it took 3 different keys to enter - one
for the outside door, the inside door to the hotel and then one to enter
the room. Location was great - my room had a window looking over the

The owner was very helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. We really appreciated him storing some luggage while we went to Venice for a few days. Me, my two sons, 20 and 16, and a couple, friend of ours, with their daughter, greatly enjoyed our stay at the Florence Room B&B. 3 minute walk from train station but very calm and quiet.
Very kind and helpful staff, specialy Boris who made us feel very welcome! We had clean and comfortable rooms with easy internet access.
Very good value for the money and we surely would stay there once again.
