  The building is quite safe given the area around the Termini station and quite easy to find. The rooms are well equipped with aircon, TV, amenities. The check-in was smooth and the personnel was eager to answer our questions.   The rooms and facilities were of good standard. The terrace looked very attractive but we were visiting in March so it was a bit cold to sit out. It was an extremely handy location, being near the main train and metro station and within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions such as the Colosseum, Forum and the Trevi fountain etc. There... o que as pessoas dizem » is a handy place for breakfast just around the corner where the staff are very friendly.   very clean and modern and it was only 2 minutes walk from the Termini. The staff were great and very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Also the use of a free laptop with internet access in your own room was also excellent - It was an excellent choice. Staff very helpful. Owner/Staff: Signora Olga, the owner, is one very sweet, genuinely caring lady. Nevertheless, she made my wife and I felt very welcome to her place. She even helped me organize a ride from the airport to her place (very helpful!). The room we got was comfy and very clean. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great, which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee they served was the best
