  The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

  The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... o que as pessoas dizem » n. The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

The owners were warm, friendly, super helpful and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful - you really feel like you are their guest and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.   Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect. We had a sh... o que as pessoas dizem » ared bathroom which I was anxious about but there are simply 2 normal bathrooms in the hallway about 5 steps from our room, both of which had nice hot - The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.

  La Rotella nel Sacco is a lovely house with comfortable and thoughtfully decorated rooms. Margherita and her mother could not have been more friendly. They are charming, friendly, helpful hosts who gave us a wealth of information about Rome. But the best of the place is the owner - Margherita, our lovely host. Very helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go to eat, etc. We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)

  I loved the Trevi Luxe rooms, because they were right by the Trevi fountain, and within walking distance of the Spanish steps, the Pantheon, the Piazza Venetia, and the Colosseum/Forum/Capitoline Hill. The value for money was fine for us, because everything was right there.
