The Eraclea apartment had a great view and was just right for the 2 of us. It was advertised as a 4 bed apartment but it would have been a bit of a squeeze to have 4 people there. We were fully satisfied with the appartment, as everythig is pretty much the same as in description and comments. Great location - Trastevere is probably the cosiest part of Rome for an evening walk and dinner. And it is also close to most of the major sightseeing points. The apartment itself is bright and well equipped, so you can really feel yourself at home. It is very comfortable for two people, and I suppose it would be not too crowded for 4 persons also. I've been to wonderful hotels in the past but I've never enjoyed any of them as much as I enjoyed Donna Camilla Savelli. The hotel crew members were so friendly courteous and kind. Location is great, not too crowdy but still close enough to all the attractions. I will definitely come again.

A very personal hotel with "family feeling". Excellent location; perfect to be able to walk to all sights in the day and then just cross the bridge to have dinner in Trastevere in the evening. Very friendly people that were both very welcoming, helpful and keen to make sure we had a nice stay. One thing we really appreciated who travelled in December is also the heating and comfort of the place. I've been staying in many places in Italy where it's been cold inside in that time of the year.
