  They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a phone in our room. We had a glitch with our cell service and did not have access to our own phone on the trip so this was very helpful. Room was great! Clean, homey, attractively decorated, comfortabl... I walked over 4 blocks to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call and my rescuer worked out getting me in. My luggage was kept safe for me after checking out until I was ready to leave late in the evening after my program in Rome.
