  air-conditioning was very good, staff were extremely helpful and went well out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable - The hotel despite the name is in fact a quirky boutique property. How many hotels are there where the entrance is through an actual boutique? It has a great location yet remains quiet and comfortable.   Instalações e atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente da gerente Marina Neri. - I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all the guests. The hotel "Villa Patrizi" is very good situated, not far from the Termini railway station. The location is very nice and quiet, what as I've heard is not typical for Italy. The next time I go to Rome, I'll stay there again. - The hotel staff was excellent; very professional and helpful.The location,though a little out of the main tourist areas was great as it is in a quieter leafier area and taxis are readily available in minutes by order from the hotel. What you spend on taxis is more than compensated by the hotel rooms being much cheaper than city centre ones. This hotel is a real find!
