  Great location! We were able to walk to almost everywhere. Close to all of the historical sights, food and shopping. If you could not get there by foot, the subway and busses were easily accessible. The staff were absolutely amazing! You felt like you were visiting family.   The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight.   Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.
