  Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307). All the fixtures were high end, and the space a very well designed and comfortable. The bed was total luxury! And the shower facility was excellent.   Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. From the breakfasts and the lovely staff up on the 5th floor we really liked it. Great location (we walked to all of Rome's attractions) and nice place to sleep.   First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms are big and nice. Also quiet. No traffic noise from my room on 5th floor. You get all the help you need from the staff.
