  The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.
