  Mrs. Elza was so nice to us at check-in! She allowed us to check in early, at 10:00 and have us a handy map of the city, as well as tips. She also helped us to get a taxi to the airport at check-out. She was very helpful, friendly and sweet. The room was very spacious for European standards. It was very clean too.   I liked evrything)) I was loyal to this hotel even before coming. I was surprised when received aт e-mail in which I was asked about time of my check-in. The owner was worried for me to be comfourtable and told that if I will come late in the evening or early in the morning - everything will be waiting for me. It is right at the centre of the city, close to the railway station, 10 minute walk to Colloseum and Roman Forum. The owner (Angelini?) gave us many good tips so we save money by not buying Rome Pass and going to really good and reasonably priced restaurants. The room is spacious and very new. It looks modern like any 3 or 4 star hotel. All the facilities are included. They gave us voucher to have breakfast right at the bar closeby. It is very convenient and

  I stayed there for three nights with my wife and daughter. The location is perfect as it is only 10min walk to Termini which is the main tube/train station. Also, Rafael was very nice and provided useful information on the sites to visit. What we like the most was that the room was clean, tidy and just perfect for the three of us. A tip of advise on the restaurants near the B&B are Bar Florans (or something similar as I don't r - Perfect location, 3 minutes by foot from Termini Station. Very friendly manager, gave us perfect advice on historical sites and city tours. The room was very clean and had everything you need (e.g. flat TV, private bath, WiFi, comfy bed, etc.). The breakfast was in a charming coffee shop nearby. I would totally recommend it.

  Convenient location closed to the city main transportation hub, Termini train station. Only two blocks walk distance. Breakfast included also bread, butter, jam, milk, cornflakes and orange juice in addition to packed croissants that was indicated on the web page. Coffee and tea was not so good (a bit oldish), but the breakfast overall was better ... o que as pessoas dizem » than expected. Great price for the whole stay. Friendly and helpful staff. - Great location and price ! Very clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen, wifi and very helpful stuff. People moan about breakfast: croissants, cereals and coffe. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free. I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.

  I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains. Air con great, particularly since Rome was scorching during our stay. After check out could leave bags at laundrette for 2 euros per bag.

  We really liked the place! We are a toung couple (22-23yrs). The location is perfect. It is close to the termini station and fairley close to major attractions! The room was spatious an was always kept very clean! The via Cavour is one of the biggest streets in Rome and the streets right behind it have a lot of nice small restaurants (via urbana).... o que as pessoas dizem » Now the best thing about the Lodge is the Hostess Mary! She was very friendly. Hospitable and helpfull! On the first day she gave is amazing tips and - The room we had was a little dark but well soundproofed with air-con, and the bed was king size and very comfortable and different pillows were found when asked for. MariaElise could not have been more friendly and helpful, with good advice on sight-seeing, travel in the city and great places to eat.
