Everything was ok :-) very comfortable, big and clean room :-) the same
I can say about kitchen and bathroom. Owner doesnt speak english but it
isnt so big problem because she is very nice person. -
The hotel room is tidy and nice. The hotel host is a friendly woman.

We arrived early from our previous hotel and were able to call and get
in early. The B&B is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an
apartment building. While the room was being prepared, the wonderful
manager took out a map of Florence and provided a background to
Florentine history/culture, pointed out things not on tourist maps,

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Antonio who was wonderful! He oriented us to Florence, gave us a map, and made recommendations. He also recommended and helped us plan a day trip to Lucca. He helped us find train times and recommended a great restaurant. The room was large enough and each child had their own bed. We liked that fact that is was away from the crowds in a quiet neighborhood. Although the breakfast is mostly sweets, there is a grocery store next to the Ponteveccio,
