Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not).
Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

Chic & Town Luxury Rooms is in a great location, both to get to and to get around in the city. The staff is amazingly helpful and they're always ready to help you to make your holiday as special as you want it. They also recommended good places to eat out for dinner. The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was
just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is
across the street from the main train station so we didn't have to
carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with
them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide
you with a phone number in case you need anything. Just make sure that
you let them know in advance when you will be arriving so they are

I had three wonderful days here and already want to go back. My room was compact but very comfortable and clean. I had a facial and a manicure and it was real luxury. Our room for 4 was in a loft-style room so I loved the extra space!
