  Excelente localização - The room was cozy, the stuff was friendly, the breakfast was good. Not expecting too much from a 2star hotel we received good service, comfort and all the facilities in the room.   The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice.
