  the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.

The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold.   We loved this hotel. The breakfast was great. The location to the beach was very close and the staff was helpful and friendly. It is very easy to get to the waterboats to get to Venice from this hotel. - The view of the sea from the room was fantastic; the minimalist theme for the room was cosy and mood-setting.
