  The good-sized balcony with pots of geraniums was nice. One desk staff member was particularly helpful with information about Lake Trasimeno, and she even printed out train schedules for us.   Had everything I ask for in a hotel room, en suite ,safe parking and superb location just by the escalators that take you straight into the historic centre.
