The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. Walking distance to the Trevino, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and the Vatican. I would happily recommend it to anyone going to Rome for a few days and would stay there again. Thank you Simone for b

Vittorio was an excellent host. He gave us information about the area and the transportation system. He also arranged for a car service to pick us up at the airport. The wifi worked well. Also, although it rained for most of our stay in Rome the apartment was warm and welcoming!

very clean and modern and it was only 2 minutes walk from the Termini. The staff were great and very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Also the use of a free laptop with internet access in your own room was also excellent - It was an excellent choice. Staff very helpful. Room absolutely great.... very close to main station.

Just about everything. Extremely helpful staff, especially Kasia, who seemed to be in the reception whenever we needed help - tour bus, taxis, restaurants, etc..

Very nice location for shopping in the heart of the center of Rome, near at Spagna and Popolo. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly.
Near at metro station of Spagna, so you can directly come from Termini station.

We`ve stayed there for 5 days in November. The owner speaks english and italian, the girl who brought us breakfasts speaks italian and russian a little. We lived in the separated building in via del Pellegrino, I think it`s even better. Campo dei fuori is in 2 mins, Vatican in 15 mins (if you walk with normal speed), piazza Navona and Pantheon in 10 mins.
Breakfast was ok - big cup of coffee or whatever you want, toasts and croissant, also there was a lot of butter and jam in the frige. There

Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home.
Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise.

Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.
