The location is terrific--right near the Accademia and its important vaporetto stop, and just across the bridge from the busy and more crowded San Marco area.   The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars.
